These Terms and Conditions apply to all form submissions and SMS messages sent or received as part of the communication services provided by Kingdom Survival Bookkeeping Services. Your use of our website or booking tools constitutes acceptance of these terms.

1. Messaging Consent

By providing your phone number and email through our website forms, you explicitly consent to receive communications from Kingdom Survival Bookkeeping Services. This includes alerts, appointment reminders, and follow-up updates regarding your inquiry. Consent is given through our digital sign-up forms in compliance with CASL.

3. Data Rates and Charges

Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to any SMS messages you receive. Kingdom Survival is not responsible for these costs.

To stop receiving SMS communications at any time, reply "STOP" to any of our messages. For emails, you may use the "Unsubscribe" link found at the bottom of our communications.

5. No Professional Relationship Created

The submission of a form or the scheduling of a consultation does not establish a formal bookkeeper-client relationship. A professional relationship is only formed once a specific engagement letter has been signed by both you and Kingdom Survival.

6. Privacy & Data Handling

We take your financial privacy seriously. We use secure tools like QuickBooks Online to protect your data with bank-grade encryption. Our full Privacy Policy can be found in our website footer.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.

8. Changes to Terms

Kingdom Survival reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
